1. Handmade Product Variations

Our press-on nails are handmade with care and precision. Due to the handcrafted process, slight variations may occur, and no two sets will be exactly identical. This uniqueness is part of the charm of handmade products.
Minor differences in color, pattern, or shape are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. No Refunds or Returns for Change of Mind or Wrong Size

  • All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for wrong size selections or if you change your mind after purchase.

  • Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photo evidence.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
