SHIPPING DETAILS:
- We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 9 am-5 pm +8.00 GMT, with the exception of Malaysia Public holidays.
- Customer shall receive the purchased item between 3-5 working days depends on the schedule by courier company and public holiday.
ORDER HANDLINGS:
- For the holiday season, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, etc. We will take more time to fulfill the parcel. Hope you understand it’s a small-scale business, a team of 2-4 people to gift wrapped hundreds of parcels a day. We will try our best to ship out asap.
- We will always ship all the items in one parcel (ready stock & pre-order items) If you are urgent, please contact our support for further arrangement. If you need the ready stock items to be shipped first, you will have to bear the additional postage fees.
TRACKING ID INFORMATION:
- All tracking numbers will be sent and received via SMS.
- Please allow at least 1 business day after your order is shipped in the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at thenailedge.careline@gmail.com so that we can assist you further.
- Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery address placed by customers.
- Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch not including weekends and public holidays.
- Take note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination, customs clearance processes, especially during busy periods and seasons.
