📦 SHIPPING & ORDER HANDLING POLICY

SHIPPING DETAILS

We ship orders daily, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and public holidays.


ORDER FULFILLMENT

During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day), order processing may take longer due to high order volume. Courier delays are also expected during these periods. We will do our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

All items (including ready stock and pre-order items) will be shipped together in a single parcel.
If you need urgent delivery for ready stock items, please contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID for further arrangements. Additional postage charges will apply for separate shipments.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear online.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • Last-minute changes to self-pickup

  • Change of mind after purchase and opting for same-day delivery (customer self-arranged)
